Orders are typically shipped next business day, excluding holidays and weekends. For questions about your order, contact our customer service department.

After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation of your order, and when your order is ready to ship you will receive a second email with tracking information if applicable. Shipping time averages 2-5 days, many orders arrive sooner. Please allow one week from shipping. 

 

Payments

We accept payment for orders by credit card and Paypal.  We do accept checks, but your order will be delayed until we receive and clear the payment. This typically takes up to 10 business days from when we If you prefer to talk to a real person, please feel free to give us a call 9-5 pm Central time. The Willow Store Guarantee

We stand behind our product 100%. We love the products we carry, and hope that you do too. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will offer you a full refund for the purchase price of the products you ordered. 

Natural, mild variations in the products are expected and do not affect the performance or quality of the product. Our products are made by moms, not in a factory or sweatshop and they will not be exactly identical. However, our quality standards are extremely high,  and our products are made by experienced sewers. We think you will love our products, so give us a try, and be sure to tell your friends! The Willow Store 60-Day Return Policy

Refunds will be made on new, unused and unwashed products purchased from us that are returned to us with a copy of the original sales receipt within 30 days from the date of purchase. There is no charge for exchanges or store credit. See more information below. 

We  are not able to refund original shipping charges on returned products. Occasionally we offer free shipping. If you receive free shipping on your order, and your return takes the original order under the free shipping amount, actual shipping on the original order will be deducted from your return. 

It is recommended that returned products be sent by U.S. Mail and insured. We will not be responsible for returned products lost or damaged during shipping. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, unless, of course, there was an error on our part. 

Returns that are your choice are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Sorry, no returns will be accepted after 60 days. Returns will not be accepted without a copy of your sales receipt. Any items returned to us in non-sellable condition will be returned to purchaser at purchaser's expense. 

New product return:

To expedite your refund and to make your return a pleasant one, here's a list for you to follow:

1. Send a copy of your sales receipt with items being return high lighted or circled. Reminder, there is a 10% restocking fee on new items return for refund, no fee for exchanges or store credit.

Defective Products

Defective items are handled by The Willow Store directly, let us know so we can help.  Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any defect so that arrangements can be made for a replacement item.  You may need to return the defective item before a replacement is sent out to you depending on the circumstance.
